What is the Raised Floor System?
Raised Floor System (RFS) consists of load-bearing floor panels supported by height-adjustable feet to provide a space between the reinforced concrete floor and the floor used for the preservation, distribution and subsequent intervention of electrical and mechanical installations. Floor panels can be easily removed for quick access to underfloor services.

How long does it take to lay flooring?
There will be a production time depending on whether the selected material is stocked or not. If the standard stocked product is preferred, it can be started immediately. Also, the raised floor may differ for each project according to the size and shape of the area where it will be laid, the existing conditions of the building and the existing flooring and the technical specifications of the project. With the state of existing offices and large open spaces, raised flooring can be installed fairly quickly and with little or no preparatory work. After installation, the customer can return to their office and start working within 24 hours.
Does anything need to be done before the Raised Floor is installed?
All that is required is that the floor on which raised flooring will be installed must be clean and dry and the mechanical and electrical installation to be made under it must be completed.
Are there any special maintenance requirements after installation?
Post-installation raised floor system is guaranteed against manufacturing and assembly faults. It requires little or no maintenance compared to the top coating material. The most common problems arise when untrained people remove floor panels without proper tools and replace panels incorrectly.
